Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Source Code

Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads and unlocked source code, all sales of scripts, automation templates, and digital assets from our catalog are final. Once source code has been delivered or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued. We strongly advise reviewing all product specifications and technical prerequisites before completing a purchase.

2. Custom Enterprise Engineering Services

Refund and cancellation frameworks for bespoke web development, API integrations, and AI deployment projects are explicitly governed by the milestones established in your signed Statement of Work (SOW). Upfront milestone deposits allocated for initial architectural planning and developer resource scheduling are non-refundable.

3. Technical Assistance & Defect Resolution

If you encounter a verified bug or functional defect with any script purchased from our catalog within 30 days of acquisition, our engineering team will provide reasonable troubleshooting support to ensure the code executes as documented on standard server environments.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of these parameters are handled strictly at the sole management discretion of ImpliedWeb Solutions, typically reserved for verified duplicate billing errors or severe, unresolvable infrastructure incompatibilities originating on our side.
