1. Introduction

Welcome to ImpliedWeb Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, web development services, custom APIs, script catalog, and automated digital solutions operating across India and the GCC. By accessing or using our platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All source code, software architecture, UI/UX designs, database schemas, and proprietary methodologies provided via our platform or custom enterprise engagements remain the exclusive property of ImpliedWeb Solutions unless a formal, signed transfer agreement is executed.

Scripts and automation templates purchased through our script catalog are granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for deployment on your own infrastructure or client websites. Redistribution, reselling, or public open-sourcing of purchased code files is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities & Infrastructure Security

You agree to utilize our scripts, web tools, and AI workflows strictly in compliance with applicable regional and international laws. When deploying unlocked source code or local AI containers on your servers, you assume full responsibility for maintaining robust security practices, firewalls, and credential management.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImpliedWeb Solutions, its directors, or its engineering team be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, downtime, or transactional failures—arising from the use or inability to use our software, web applications, or trading bridge integrations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
